There is wifi parking on the road
the neighbourhood is good friendly & quiet

Looking for someone who is laid back likes there own space but friendly and likes to laugh & keep the atmosphere lighthearted

You must be clean and tidy and respectful of the shared kitchen & bathroom
leaving it as you find it
The room will me checked every month & cleaned once a month included in the price
of course you get a weeks notice of this happening
This is definitely for a no smoker even if you smoke outside
