Large double room - close to station & high street

Hi, I am Chris, a live in landlord but I spend most of my time living with my girlfriend in London. This means you will have the flat pretty much to yourself. I am there on average twice a week.

You will have the very large bedroom with a double bed, side tables and double wardrobe. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Wickford station and the local gym and is on the high street. I have secure parking (gated) available for an extra cost (£50.00) Fully furnished. 2nd floor and there is a lift.

A couple would be considered for £800.00 per calendar month.

Internet included and we will share the utilities (all metered). I try to be tidy and keep the place clean, expect the same from you. Plenty of space if you need to work from home.

I am sporty and easy going but as I say, hardly ever there.

Rent to be paid in advance by monthly via bank transfer/standing order.
