Double Room to rent

The room is currently being occupied until 25th January 2024.

Bills are included in the price.

I am a 35 year old professional woman. I may be working from home some days. My elderly dog also lives here but is looked after by family when I go to work.

I am very friendly but I am quite introverted and would prefer to keep myself to myself.

The ideal person for the room would be of the same mindset.

I would also prefer to have no visitors or guests overnight.

Parking available.

Train station is roughly a 20 minute walk.

A reference will be required along with £200 deposit.

Rent will be on a pay as you go type basis with payment required on the day of moving in, for the month up front.

Non smokers are a must.

The first month will be a trial basis.
