Double bedroom with shared bathroom

Double bedroom with shared bathroom to rent in a 4 bedroom detached house. All bills are included except food and cleaning (see below). There is also a driveway for your car and Wickford station is a 15 minute walk away.

Cleaning fee: The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces and you are expected to clean up after yourself. However, every month a professional cleaner will be bought in to clean all communal areas in the house and this will be and additional £30 per month charge.

Tenant will have access to the bedroom, shared bathroom, shared kitchen and garden only. Living room will not be accessible.

Room includes:
Small double bed (with brand new mattress)
Double wardrobe
Table for use as work station/dining table
Smart TV mounted to the wall (does not show in picture)

You will be living with three friendly working professional females. Room is for single occupancy only. No visitors and no overnight guest are allowed. E

Rent is £550 per month and includes all bills. Will ask for one month rent in advance as a deposit and damage contingency, full deposit will be returned on leaving date so long as there’s no arrears or damage. Ideally would like someone for 6 months (can be renewed again after this) but will consider shorter if need be.
