Double bedroom with shared bathroom to rent in a 4 bedroom detached house. All bills are included except food. There is also a driveway for your car and Wickford station is a 15 minute walk away.

Tenant will have access to the bedroom, shared bathroom, shared kitchen and garden only. Living room will not be accessible.

Small double bed
Double wardrobe
Table for use as work station/dressing table/dining table
TV mounted to the wall

You will be living with three friendly working professional females. Room is for single occupancy only.

Rent is £550 per month and includes all bills. Will ask for one month rent in advance as a deposit and damage contingency, full deposit will be returned on leaving date so long as there’s no arrears or damage. Ideally would like someone for 6 months (can be renewed again after this) but will consider shorter if need be.
