We are looking for a friendly and easy-going housemate for a four-person house share in Wickford.

The available room is a decent-sized (12' x 9'6") double which comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is a spacious recent build (10-15 yrs old) consisting of a large living room, open-plan kitchen and conservatory. There is a modest garden with decking that is perfect (and frequently used) for BBQs.

The house is in a friendly neighbourhood and is 20 minutes' walk from Wickford station and town centre.

We are 3 fun and sociable young professionals who do things as a house and often watch TV/films together but also enjoy our own privacy and down time.
