Approx 6 miles from Newport station and 8 miles from Audley End station..
The room is available fully furnished. Shared use of lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi. Bills included, full use of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. References maybe asked for.

External features include well maintained gardens, stunning views and with own off street parking. Ideal if you like a rural location. Lots of footpaths nearby for those who enjoy walking.
As the house owner I would be looking for someone who is in full time employment (not self employed) mature, clean, tidy and respectful of others and the property. I have one cat who is tidy and well behaved.
I love gardening, have a horse , generally like being out doors, enjoy cooking and decent wine .
The room is not set up for couples
