Single room

I have for rent a single room in a lovely large newly decorated property. The single room is on the first floor and has a single bed with storage, wardrobe and bedside table. Opposite the bedroom is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The middle floor is shared with 2 other long term tenants.
My partner and I are on the top floor with own bathroom. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor for convenience.
This is a very friendly welcoming home.
I also have 2 small very friendly dogs that will always be happy to see you.
The large lounge downstairs is shared and so is the kitchen and diner. The house is 3 floors so there is plenty of space if you need some quiet time.
I also have a pool room and gym in the conservatory for everyone to use.
All bills are included in the price.
This room would suit either a male or female.
