Double, En-suite, Living room and storage.

I have a three story home, we are letting rooms in the top floor which consists of a very large lounge, 1 double room, a full sized bathroom and a storage room. We are letting all the room as a package.

The other two floors are used by my self and my family - we are a married professional couple (F40, M35 and 2 young children (and two very well socialized dogs). The House itself is extremely close to Witham Station (across the street), and approx 8-10 min walk to town, and 3-4 minutes walk to the local supermarket.

For now there would be shared kitchen / washing facilities although there will be a Kettle / Fridge / Microwave etc on hand in the lounge area. Sky TV included.

On Road parking available subject to obtaining a permit. Existing permit valid to september.

Overnight guests max 2 nights a week.

Price advertised for single person, please add £200 additional a month for couple.
