Large Ground & first floor maisonette in quiet residential area. 10 min walk from town & all amenity’s, 25 min walk to station with regular service to central London. Close to A12. Lots of bars/restaurants in town, 2gyms, 2 CrossFit gyms nearby. Would prefer a professional due to my occupation and female preferred . Street parking only available in safe area. Quiet location, close to Aldi & spar convenience store. Council tax difference not included. Ideal for weekly city worker or someone starting again!!
