WiFi & sky access, use of washing machine/tumble. Large kitchen dining room & large lounge dining room. Full use of living areas. Non smoking, quiet, tidy professional female resident owner, with two young friendly cats, mostly working office hours, some shift work. Large Ground & first floor maisonette in quiet residential area, 10 min walk from town & all amenity’s, 25 min walk to station with regular service to central London. Close to A12. Lots of bars/restaurants in town, 2gyms, 2 CrossFit gyms nearby. Would prefer a professional due to my occupation and female preferred . Street parking available in safe area. Quiet location, close to Aldi & spar convenience store. All bills covered unless large jump in usage.
