Hi

I have an unfurnished/part furnished king sized bedroom available to rent immediately. It has a small double (4ft) bed in there at the moment and I am happy for someone to use that, but also happy to dismantle it if you have you’re own bed you want to bring here.

I live in a 4 bed detached house within 10/15 mins walking distance from Witham town centre, great bus links to Chelmsford and Colchester and 25 minutes walk away from Witham train station, with train to London in 45 mins. There is communal access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and large garden with a small patio area and decking area. There is ample street parking to the front of the house, and also a space to the right hand side and the back of the property.

I with my partner, and a lovely couple who rent one of the other rooms from me. We all generally keep ourselves to ourselves but are also happy to accommodate each other/hang out/watch tv/make food etc together.

My partner and I have an en-suite in our room and the other couple who reside here use the family bathroom which will be available to whoever rents this room. There is also a furry resident so all applicants must be okay with dogs. She is very friendly but very excitable so can at times come across as a bit too much for non dog lovers.
