The double room (ensuite) is upstairs, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and one study desk and chair. The ensuite includes a toilet, a shower, a mirror, and a basin.
Rents all bills and broadband included.
Our house is a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, and one stop to the university of Essex. Quiet for studying and living.
We are a couple of 40 years of age, both are part-time studying and working, no children, and no pets.
This room will suit a postgraduate student or a professional person who is not driving, due to that, there is no parking space available.
