I sleep in a separate building at the rear of the property and have my own lounge and bathroom downstairs, so plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy. The kitchen downstairs is shared by me and the lodger. Available furnished
10 minute walk to the university, 2 minutes to amenities and 20 paces from allotments, fields and fishing lakes. Wivenhoe is a quiet town with some wonderful walks and a picturesque quay.
As the live-in landlord, I’m a self employed professional music tutor and therapist with a studio/workshop out back where I spend a lot of my time.
I’d expect a tenant to be clean and tidy with good hygiene.
I’m looking for a quiet individual. I’m chilled and chatty and have let rooms out before. I care about my tenants feeling at home and having all they need.
The rent includes all bills up to £100p/m for electricity/gas. I will pay the first £100 and lodger will pay excess (bills through winter are usually around £100-120p/m)
