En-suite loft room for rent

I moved into the house in lockdown 2 years ago my fluffy friendly house cat, Caspian. So you have to be prepared to live with and love a friendly fluff ball! We are looking for a friendly lodger, ideally for a mon-fri let, but if the right person needed full week we would consider it - though probably better suited to someone who expects to be home some weekends and away others.

The house is Victorian 3 bed, with a garden. The house has been decorated since moving in, although I am still working my way through some rooms.
The house is 8min or so walk to the train into London, and a few minutes from Essex Uni.

I am a professional in healthcare, as well as studying. I work from home some days of the week (and travel to London others) and the nature of my job means anyone living here could not do the same in the week, because I need to keep my workspace confidential. Positively on the days I am in London I am out for long hours - so you would have the house to yourself - except for the cat of course!

I am ideally looking for a fellow professional or mature student; someone who wants to join together a little bit but has independence too. It is a quiet household; and I could not accommodate lots of guests in the house.
