En-suite loft room for rent

I moved into the house 5 years ago my fluffy friendly house cat, Caspian. So you have to be prepared to live with and love a friendly fluff ball! We are looking for a friendly lodger, to join us. I am ideally looking for a fellow professional or mature student; someone who wants to join together a little bit but has independence too. It is a quiet household; and I could not accommodate lots of guests in the house.

The house is Victorian 3 bed, with a garden. The house has been decorated since moving in, although I am still working my way through some rooms.
The house is 8min or so walk to the train into London, and a few minutes from Essex Uni.

I am a professional in healthcare. I work from home some days of the week (and travel to London others). If you wanted to work from here some days that would be possible, though not everyday; as due to the nature of my work I need to keep my workspace confidential. Positively on the days I am in London I am out for long hours - so you would have the house to yourself - except for the cat of course!

The room is available for a maximum period of Mid February until mid July.
