2 Rooms available | 20 mins to Uni by bus

We are an Iranian family. We live in a four-bedroom house in Wivenhoe (Denham Close) and would like two FEMALE lodgers to live with us from April 2024. With only 20 minutes to the University by bus, it is an ideal place for UNIVERSITY STUDENTS or professionals who might otherwise be interested in a place with parking. The smaller room is no longer available.

Who are we looking for? A FEMALE lodger who considers herself a tidy and clean individual and does not consume alcohol and pork INSIDE the house. Also, lodgers are expected not to invite male guests. (See post statement 1 for more explanations in this relation).

If these are fine with you, then please do send requests. I think these are the most important points atm and we can talk about everything else later! We hope there is a good match between our vibes! :)

If you want to know a bit about us, my wife (Sedighe) and I (Morteza) both work at the University of Essex International College teaching law. We have studied law but are acute fans of philosophy, literature, and psychology! :) We have a four years old son, who is the other male flatmate! :) He is generally calm and does not like to go out, and loves to play for hours with his tractors and toy animals. He also loves to read his books (read, get someone to read for him) at least for an hour before he sleeps (dear me!)! :) Currently, he is our full-time colleague and his part-time workplace is the University's nursery! :))

PS2. For safeguarding purposes, we do not accept students who study at the UEIC (International College). The other University students are more than welcome to send requests.
