Room to let upper Wivenhoe

Room available. In a nutshell I live at home with my dog and two cats. So I guess if you don’t like animals it wouldn’t be for you. I work in construction so am out fairly early and back fairly late. I don’t really do much in the weeks other than work so the house is fairly quiet. At weekends I generally go to the gym and walk the dog. The room has
a shared bathroom with my other tenant. Very close to the university and transport links. 5 min walk to bus stop. 20 mins to mainline wivenhoe station. Please get in touch if you are interested. Not a party house.
