Bright, clean room in Wivenhoe

I have been hosting for many years, mostly mature female international students, in a quiet, clean home.

The room which will be available has a large window with plenty of light, overlooking the garden and trees, single bed with two large under bed drawers, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, desk and chair.

There is a new carpet and the furniture is slightly different from this original photo because the room is occupied at the moment so closed for photos.

I can supply all bedding, towels, hairdryer etc. Robe and slippers to borrow if required.

The bathroom is shared (bath, over bath shower, washbasin and toilet). There is a second toilet and washbasin downstairs.

The kitchen is spacious and light with plenty of storage space, air fryer, microwave, washing machine etc. It has everything you need, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc, no need to bring anything!

There is one female PhD student and a female home owner.

We are hoping for someone considerate, tidy and quiet to share our living space.

It is an 8 minute walk to the bus stop near the Co-op supermarket, where there are regular buses to the university (some visitors choose to walk) and Colchester, and under a ten minute walk to the train station for Colchester and London.

Wivenhoe is lovely with coffee shops, new and second hand book shops, attractive, easy walks. Many university staff and students live here.
