Bright, clean room in Wivenhoe

I have been hosting for many years, mostly international students, in a quiet, clean home. It is an 8 minute walk to the bus stop near the Co-op supermarket, where there are regular buses to the university and Colchester, and under a ten minute walk to the train station for Colchester and London.
The room has a large window with plenty of light, single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A reading chair or desk could perhaps be added at the end of the bed. The chest of drawers is a good height for use, with a stool, as a dressing table or desk.
I can supply all bedding and towels, hairdryer etc.
The kitchen is quite spacious and light with plenty of storage space, air fryer, microwave etc.
There is one respectful, quiet, male lodger.

We would prefer to live with another tidy, independent, mature female.
