I have 1 lovely double room available in Wivenhoe to rent in Wivenhoe within walking distance of the University and transport links to Colchester and London. It's a double room with a new bed, new desk and chest of drawers, new carpet and freshly decorated availablefrom January 2026. There is a cloakroom downstairs also. The whole house is freshly painted and of high standard and would suit a mature professional or a mature student preferably female that prefers a quite house to study and relax in when returning back from work or uni. Secluded garden, garage and parking in street. I often go away so the tenants I choose will have the house to themselves sometimes.
