A clean and self-contained one-bedroom apartment with a living room, en-suite shower room, small kitchen, and its own separate gated entrance.

The apartment is in a quiet residential setting and would be particularly suitable for a postgraduate student or visiting academic looking for a peaceful place to live, study, and rest.

* The rent includes all bills.
* Single occupancy only; unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for couples.
* No pets, due to a serious allergy within the household.
* Regular overnight guests cannot be accommodated.
* We are looking for a quiet, considerate, and tidy housemate.
* Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop and local shops.
* Approximately 15 minutes’ walk from campus.

Initially, the apartment is available for a short stay of up to three months. If everything works well for both sides, there may be an opportunity to extend the tenancy on a monthly rolling basis by mutual agreement.
