Clean, quiet room near the University

I have hosted many mature international female students in my clean, calm, home.

The room I will have available has a large window with plenty of light, overlooking the garden and trees.

It has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, desk, desk chair and easy chair for relaxing.

I supply all bedding, towels, hairdryer etc. Robe and slippers to borrow if required.

The bathroom is shared (2 females only, student and home owner, with no morning rush!) and cleaned regularly.

There is an over bath shower, washbasin and toilet, with a second toilet and washbasin downstairs.

The kitchen is spacious and light with plenty of storage space, microwave, air fryer, oven etc. You would have your own fridge.

It has everything you need, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. No need to bring anything!

Rent is variable between student (£500) or professional (£530) due to council tax charges.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the bus stop near to the Co-op supermarket, from where there are regular buses to the university (some visitors choose to walk) and Colchester, including direct to the general hospital. Also under a ten minute walk to the train station for Colchester and London.

Wivenhoe is lovely, with coffee shops, new and second hand bookshops and attractive walks.
