Room to Rent in Writtle Chelmsford Essex

Please note this is a Monday to Friday only let (at least initially) happy to reconsider if all goes well.
You will have access to a double bedroom, with built in wardrobe and overhead cupboards, with shared use of a bathroom, kitchen (with separate utility room) and living room and dining room.
Nice quiet residential area of Writtle village, which has close proximity to Chelmsford city, and can be accessed via a regular (every ten minutes) bus service. There is a parade of shops within a 2 minute walk from the property. Parking is available at the property via a driveway if you have a vehicle.
Ideally I would prefer a professional person but would consider a student. You will need to either provide your own food or contribute towards the food bills. I would prefer someone who is also prepared to be clean and tidy.
