Sunny double bedroom with countryside + sea views!

We have a large double bedroom that will be available to rent from around mid to late September. We are currently renovating and hopefully it will be ready around that time - looking to scope interest at this point.

Please note there is no public transport so you would need to have your own vehicle. There is quiet street parking.

We have a 3 bedroom house in a countryside village 17 minutes from the centre of St Andrews towards the East Neuk. There is a large double bedroom available with both sea and country side views. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a friendly spaniel who enjoys free roam of the house so ideally you would be happy with the odd visit from him in your room! We are both active and enjoy surfing, running and going to the gym. We also like cooking and generally hanging out and have enjoyed getting to know previous flat mates/house mates we have lived with in the past. We would love someone who is friendly, up for some chat and a laugh and comfortable to share shared spaces with us. We are generally clean and tidy but not obsessive by any means and having a dog means there's often dog hair everywhere!
We are both professionals working full time - one of us works from home.

The max length of stay and amounts for rent/bills etc on this post are currently ball park and we would need to confirm this. Let me know if you are interested and we can chat further!
