A nice bright room to let, in a quiet street.

The house is a bright 3 bedroom end terraced house; the street is very quiet set back from other houses with a large secluded garden. The sitting room, bathroom, kitchen are all shared. I have sky broadband and TV. The room's are available now. I'm looking for a tidy persons to share with. I work full time during the week and sometimes at weekends. I also have lots of outdoor interest walking and dancing, so I am out quite a bit, this leaving some space for my house mates. Smoking outside only.
I also have shed were bikes etc could be kept. There is a bus stop just outside the house (It's a regular service) The train station approx 2 miles away in Lochgelly. There is local shops(bakers, Spar, Nisa shop etc) 2 minutes from the house. All Bills included apart from phone and food. Couples sharing a room would be £400 per month. There is very beautiful walks and sights just a few minutes from the house.
