Rustic double bedroom in beautiful village

I am looking for a housemate for a beautiful bedroom in a cottage in Boarhills, an idyllic village just on the outskirts of St Andrews with an old growth forest and several secluded beaches.
The landlady has reduced the rent to 500 pounds per month. This is ludicrously cheap for what it is; a rustic cottage, with traditional stone, three floors, a living room, an extensive garden, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous view of a neighbouring sheep farm.
It is five minutes walk from a bus stop that will take you to town in less than 10 minutes. It is also easy to cycle or drive, and there are places to park.
You would be living with just me. I am a fourth year PhD student in the School of English, writing about John Clare and contemporary poetry. I am vegan, like to read and write, and am quiet. I am 31.
You might therefore be more interested in this if you are a mature student or a postgraduate. I am wanting someone to move in straight away.
You would also have to pay bills of 75 pounds per month.
I am a student so there is currently no council tax.
