Spacious room available on quiet private road

I have a furnished spacious room available from the beginning of November in a quiet road in Cairneyhill. The room itself is on the ground floor and furnished as a single room - but is the size of a double room. with plenty of storage. No ensuite, but the bathroom that is next door to the room would be for the exclusive use of the lodger, and has a bath and a shower.

The house is a detached 5 bedroom house with a large driveway. Since it's very energy efficient, the house is kept at a good warm temperature. The bedroom and bathroom are on their on heating zones, so can be adjusted to suit.

Cairneyhill itself is well suited with good public transport connections to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as fast road connections for driving, and easy access to cycle paths towards Dunfermline and Alloa.

I work from home most of the time in a separate outbuilding, and live with my two children (every second weekend) and my cat. Pets will be considered, but will need to get on with her. 500mbps fibre broadband is included in the rent.

The kitchen, utility room and living room would be shared.

Would ideally suit a professional / student and will also consider Monday to Friday arrangements.
