Great for access to almost anywhere in Scotland using the Scotrail train system. Also central for travelling to Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes and Dunfermline and Edinburgh.
Bedrooms are fully furnished, both bedrooms have TVs. Occupants would have full use of a shared bathroom and sitting room with another 42" tv with other lodger.
Kitchen is well equipped and will be shared with homeowner and family and other flatmate.
Currently own a little dog who is very loving.
