The room is in a quiet village in the East Neuk, set in the Fife countryside just a 6 minute drive from Elie.

There is a bus link (the 95) to St Andrews, and on-street parking in the village. It's about a 20 minute drive into St Andrews.

The housemates are 1 PhD student - and 1 cat! The flat includes a shared bathroom, kitchen/dining room, and a living room. There is also a garden.

Looking for a considerate, relatively tidy housemate to share this lovely flat with. Student-only let preferred.

Note - this is a double sized room but is currently set up with a single bed.
