Spare room for rent

Newly renovated house (except bathroom) with a spare room available for rent. I currently work a shift pattern of dayshift, back shift and night shifts so you may find I’m hardly home for any prolonged period of time.

Bedroom for rent is adequate size for a double bed with built in wardrobes.

Preferred female renter as in my experience women tend to be more mature and respectful to other peoples belongings.
