Double room for rent

It's a double room rent fully furnished. Room to rent is 15min walk from hight Street. Great for commuters, bus, train or motorway.
It's a nice quiet room. Fully furnished with plenty of storage. A very comfortable double bed with mattress and have a double wardrobe.
If you wanted to put some of your things in room that's no problem.
The bathroom is shared on the first floor with the shower.
You have shared access to the kitchen. To cook full use of the washing machine/ you will have own fridge/freezer
No smoking/ no pets/ no couples
Ideally I am looking for a non drinker like myself who respect my property and keep tidy.
