Single Room Flatshare

Looking to rent out my single room can be short term or long term let hence the weekly payment instead of monthly. The room is ready for immediate use.

I have a furnished single room available for rent per week and a deposit of £25 is required just to cover deep clean costs if you decide to leave and all I ask is that you give me 2 weeks notice of moving if you decide to move elsewhere, also, I have a dog part time, so must be good with doggos!

full use of the rest of the flat including, living room, kitchen and bathroom.


Wifi, gas/electric, council tax and rent all imcluded in the price.
There is also a parking spot on a driveway available to use, pictures included are what the flat looks like just now.

There is currently both a male and myself living there just now.
