I have a furnished double room available for rent per month with a minimum of 3 month stay, a deposit of £50 is required just to cover deep clean costs if you decide to leave and all I ask is that you give me 2 weeks notice of moving if you decide to move elsewhere, also, I have a dog part time, so must be good with doggos!
