Looking for a new flat mate due to my most recent one moving closer to work. The room will be available from the 16th of March.
I have a furnished double room available for rent per month and a deposit of £50 is required just to cover deep clean costs if you decide to leave and all I ask is that you give me 2 weeks notice of moving if you decide to move elsewhere, also, I have a dog part time, so must be good with doggos!
There is myself and another male in the house, we are hardly ever in so quite a quiet household. All bills are included in the price, including, wifi and gas and electric, there is also a two car driveway so if a spot is available you would be welcome to use it.
