New house with excellent facilities

We have build a new house and hope to run it as a B and B but not quite ready so happy to have a short term lease until we are up and running.
Each room is fresh, well equipped with t. v. En-suite and there is a smalll but well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and washing and tumble drier facilities available. We provide all the linen and towels which are changed weekly
Culross is a small historic village and has a pub, and several coffee shops, but the nearest grocery shop is about a mile away. There is a bus service which runs hourly to either Dunfermline or Kincardine but you are probably best with a car or bike and there is parking facilities at the house
There are plenty of opportunities to either walk coastal or woodland walks and happy for a dog to stay for a fee of £10 when you leave
I have a friendly large Labrador who wants to be everyone's friend, and we are very relaxed and easy going.
