This has been my home for 4 years, I've had lodgers stay with me over this period so I have become very used to sharing my home.
I am currently travelling a lot for work so there can be months where I am not in the house. I pop back ideally once a month but at least once every 2/3 months. My parents still live in the area, and they will be the people you contact should you have any issues arise while I'm away. I also have a lovely neighbour downstairs, that helps keep an eye out.
I may be moving back in full time next year with my partner, around April time, once my work travels slow down. I am just looking to share the cost with someone who will take care of my house while I'm not around as much.
