Spacious en suite double room in Cupar

Live in landlord looking for lodger for a large en-suite bedroom in my spacious 4 bed house in a quiet street in Cupar with access to a garden.

In addition to the furnished room (which I can also add in a small sofa or desk if needed) the lodger would have access to the garden, kitchen (shared) and private use of small living room with sofa and TV. There is on street parking available too. Situated a 10 min walk away from train and bus links across Fife. Must be ok with dogs.

I am looking for a lodger who ideally does not often work from home (as I work several days from home). Ideal for a mature student, post doc or working professional. The lodger would be free to come and go as they please.
