In addition to the furnished room the lodger would have access to the garden, kitchen (shared) and private use of small living room with sofa and TV. There is on street parking available too. Situated a 10 min walk away from train and bus links across Fife. Must be ok with dogs.
I am looking for a lodger who does not work from home (as I work from home). Ideal for a mature student, post doc or working professional. The lodger would be free to come and go as they please.
