The house is spacious with four bedrooms and is located right on the main street, beside a shop and with a bus stop directly across the road – ideal for commuting or popping into town.

The room is an outhouse accessible to the main house with an covering. There is a large garden with seating and easy access to the bathroom in the house. A side gate allows you to come and go as you please
There's a shop. two doors along and a bus stop for the number 64 across the road which goes to Cupar and St Andrews or Glenrothes.
We have a second bathroom upstairs so mainly it's just you using the bathroom.
There is a microwave a sink a fridge and a kettle in the room. I am looking for an air fryer and a toaster for it too.
All the bills are included in the rent including WiFi. To secure I need a month's rent for deposit and a month's rent. Just give me a month's notice to leave.
