Good sized double room available for short or long term rent. Fully furnished with large storage cupboards. Room is upstairs and has bathroom and small living area available next door to room with tv & sky box. Desk & chair also available if required. These rooms are solely for use of the lodger. Linen and towels can be supplied if required. Large fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc, large landscaped garden and ample parking for up to 3 cars off road.

All bills included, & broadband, phone & sky.

There is a cat in the house, but he is very friendly and come and go as he pleases. I work Monday to Friday in St Andrews and am studying part time, so spend most of my spare time studying. I'm very easy going, friendly, get on with anyone.

Students or professionals welcome. House is 5 mins drive from Cupar and about 25 mins from St. Andrews & Dundee. Perth is around 35 mins drive. The village bus stop is right across the road with regular services. There is a small local shop and a pub a few doors down, more services available in Cupar.

I have put a minimum and maximum stay on as I want to see how it goes to begin with. If it works out well, I would extend the term.
