Quiet cul-de-sac location in the coastal town of Dalgety Bay. Bedroom has double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers & large built in wardrobe. You will have a private bath/shower room which is NOT en-suite but next door to the bedroom. You will also have access to a small guest room which has a sofa bed where you can either relax (there is no desk). The room is available from 13 April 26 and charged at GBP675 on a 4 weekly basis. Private parking on driveway. Edinburgh is located 15 miles away. The M90 is only 10 minutes drive. Bus stop is 10 minutes walk or the train station is 20 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive (free parking) both with regular services to Edinburgh, Dunfermline & Kirkcaldy. The town is located on the Fife Coastal Path therefore; there are many great walks on offer. Local amenities include supermarkets, sports centre, cafe/s, restaurant/s, take-ways, hairdresser, optician, chemist & more.

I work from home. My work set-up is in a separate room therefore; the house is relatively quiet during the day. I have a small dog therefore; you must be pet friendly. Guest must be tidy and respectful. Bills are included.
