Loads of shops including an awesome cafe (often used for working) and a Tennis Court just over the road.

You will be sharing with the live in landlord, a male professional business owner.
He travels a lot, so most of the time you have the house largely to yourself.
When at home, he is generally quiet and busy, and often works from home.
🐶 Pets
When the landlord is in he will occassionally be looking after a small hypoallergenic ShihPoo in the house, like a furry teddy bear.
The dog is very friendly but rarely at the property, and stays in the landlord’s bedroom when he does.
The breed is considered hypoallergenic, but it is still worth knowing if you are sensitive to animals.

It will suit someone respectful, tidy and considerate.
