Double room available in a semi- detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dalgety Bay for a single person (sorry, no couples).

The house has gas central heating, unlimited wi-fi, a shared kitchen and bathroom with an electric shower. There is one tenant in the property - male, mid-forties, who you'd be sharing with. I would also be staying there regularly.

All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, gas, Council Tax, and Wi-fi.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but fine in the garden.

A deposit of £150 is required.

The property has a garden to the front and back, with a driveway for up to two cars.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed, and no DSS.

Dalgety Bay is a fairly recently developed town on the Firth of Forth. It is a very desirable commuter town for Edinburgh and for Dunfermline. It has some pretty walks round the various bays, with great views over to Edinburgh and the bridges.

It has an excellent rail link with Edinburgh with trains running about every half hour at peak times. It's also about five miles from the M90 the main road North, and the commuting route into Edinburgh. It's about half an hour's drive if you go off-peak.
