Re advertised due to delay in refurbishment of flat.
Spare room in 2 bed flat.
Converted Victorian mansion house now 5 flats.
Parking at entrance and building set back off main road.
Quiet building so ideal for someone looking for a relaxed chilled atmosphere.
10 minute walk to town centre, supermarket and bus station.
10 minute drive to Queen Margaret Hospital.
I have 2 house cats so person renting has to be ok with that.
Use of all facilities, lounge, bathroom, kitchen and broadband
Flat being decorated at the moment. Room will be furnished or can be let unfurnished.
Looking for someone who is pet friendly and not a party animal.
Although a smoker I only smoke in the kitchen and wouldn't smoke in front of a non smoker.
All bills included.
Flat and room can be viewed anytime but remember flat is being refurbished so doesn't look that great at the moment.
Entry date can be sooner than advertised but you would have to put up with the renovation work which would only be during the day Mon - Fri.
I would get the spare room ready first and although they require work the kitchen and bathroom are useable.
