The rest of the house is communal so you will have access to all the amenities like; washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, shower, bath, living room TV, 50Mbps broadband and a large back garden area with a vegetable bed and garden shed.
Car parking is on-street only. There is also parking available in a public car park just 2 minutes walk away.
The location of the house is perfect for someone who would take advantage of the many town centre amenities like shops, gyms, parks, pubs, hairdressers and public transport links. Dunfermline Town train station is an easy 5-minute walk away, the main bus station is a 10-minute walk away with multiple local bus stops in closer proximity.
