Looking to rent out my spare room. The room will ideally be unfurnished with a double wardrobe. However if the right candidate is interested I can discuss furnishing it.
I work away a lot and travel a lot. So I am looking for someone to split the bills with
You woll have full use of the house furniture, parking, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom. There is one downstairs bathroom with sink and toilet, and one upstairs with bath and shower too.
Ideally the right flatmate will also do w little travel/staying away too. But not essential- subject to discussion:
Must be realisable, social and open about financial situation. No pets. No smokers.
