4X2M room for rent

I have a small single room in a small but cute apartment for rent (not for long term = maximum 1 year, but shorter preferred).

The room has carpet and a window to the street. There will be a bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Bathroom, living space and kitchen is shared.

I'm very tidy and expect the same from any tenant. I play the (electric)piano and wake up very early for work on schooldays. I work both out and in the house.

All the bills are included, but I would have priority over the tv-set in the living room. There is wifi with a modem just outside the room. Space is available in the kitchen to store your own food.

If you would be in all the time the price would rise to £85/week.
