It is also a 6/7 minute drive to Sky & the Carnegie campus, the same to the Amazon Business Centre, or 15 minutes to Rosyth Dockyards, so it's ideal for professionals working in the area too.

The flat is located over the road from Duloch park and a 2-minute drive to Tesco Extra/Aldi/Duloch Leisure centre. It is a 4 minute drive to Odeon/Hollywood Bowl/various restaurants and a short drive to Dunfermline town.

It is also very well connected with bus routes, and there is a bus stop 1 minute from the flat.

Inside the flat, there is a very spacious living room and kitchen, both of which you will have access to. There is Sky TV, Wifi, washing machine and ample storage space.
