Master Double Bedroom Available

Double bedroom available with flat screen smart TV, desk, in build wardrobe and a great view over Dunfermline. I have a 3 year old Labrador puppy called sherla. There is a spacious garden, and parking available in the neighbourhood. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with a Scotmid down the road, and Dunfermline Queen Margaret station within 15 minutes walking distance.
Current 2 professionals living in the house, James(myself) & my housemate who work at Amazon. I also play the piano from time to time, but never after 8pm. All bills are included in the rent, fibre broadband connection, gas, electric etc.

I am a practicing Buddhist and have a room specifically dedicated for meditation. I am always happy to teach people to meditate or meditate with others if this floats your boat!

I buy all the household items such as hand soaps, toilet roll, kitchen towels and cleaning products just to avoid any confusion :)
