Single room in Duloch. Hot tub!

I have a single room to let in a 4 year old house in Duloch Dunfermline. All mod cons you'd expect in a new build house, a 65 inch TV, downstairs toilet and almost exclusive use of your own bathroom. I have a big jacuzzi in a lovely garden! Brilliant for socialising and can be used by arrangement. You can walk to Queen Margaret train station in around 15 minutes and can drive it in 2 for rail links to Edinburgh and Fife / Perth. There is also Dunfermline Town train station a couple of minutes drive away. The retail park with cinema, restaurants, garden centre is around a 15 minute walk also and a lovely Italian restaurant 5 mins walk away.
I am very easy going, friendly and looking for someone like minded.
Sounds fab? OK here's the catch. You need to be a dog lover as I have an 8 year old dog. Not just any dog!
She is a Great Dane. A big old lady in her twilight years who will want to love you. I have reflected this in the price of the room as subtle she is not.
