Double room with private ensuite

This lodging includes a small private hallway leading to a large double bedroom and bathroom. There is a communal kitchen diner and a lodger would have a couple of their own cupboards. There is a patio garden with bbq, welcome to use. House is in very quiet area, lovely views from the bedroom over to the pentlands. There is a double garage if you require storage or parking.

We are a professional couple who own our own house in dunfermline. In our spare time we enjoy hill walking and seeing friends. There will be no pressure to socialise with us but we are friendly if you fancy a chat. We are clean and tidy and would like someone who is the same.

We have since painted the room (and wardrobes) white and replaced the curtains but dont have up to date photos as current lodger has not left yet. Furnished with double bed, bedside tables, and desk. Large built in wardrobe.
