Hello, I have a lovely double fully furnished room to rent 10mins walk to Dunfermline City centre.

Great for commuters bus, train or motorway’s.

The bedroom for rent is at the back of the house overlooking the back garden.

It’s a nice quiet room too. The double room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage. A very comfortable bed with a silent night mattress a base with 4 storage drawers.

Double free standing wardrobe. Two bed side cabinets with bedside lamps.
Dressing table with mirror and drawers.
A good sized cupboard with more storage.

If you wanted to put some of your things in the room pictures desk etc. and personalise it.

That’s no problem ( we can discuss this) 😀or bring your own desk!

The bathroom is shared on the ground floor with over the bath shower. (It’s Really good shower)

You would have shared access to the kitchen. To cook full Use of the washing machine ect share the fridge /freezer.

The house is situated in the Bellyeoman area which is a lovely part of the city.

Its is very central for all major public transport links and motor ways. Edinburgh Glasgow Dundee .

Choice of 2 train stations for the commuter. Queen Margaret Train and Dunfermline town 5 mins away by car.
( with free parking )

On foot plenty bus stops near the house and very central for Rosthy Edinburgh, Perth, Glasgow ect.

Pure Gyms - Carnegie Retail Park about 2 mins away by car . Or 5 mins walk 😀

Cinema all near by. Cafes or hop on a train to the big City in Edinburgh.

Rent deposit is £200 plus a month’s rent in advance £595 which incudes all bills.

Total to pay to secure the room is £795 then pcm £595.

Ideally I'm looking for a non drinker like myself. Although that’s not a deal breaker.

You must be Clean and tidy with a respectful attitude towards my home.

I m a very easy going lady and live by the mantra treat others how you like to be treated.

Over all it’s a quiet house with a lovely homely feeling to it.

I enjoy the odd binge on Netflix watching a movie. And swimming at the health club.

My sitting room is also my home office too. Which I use part time during the day. I’m a transformational life coach & numerologist.

I am up early around 6am and go to bed around 11pm - even on a weekend) although none of this set in stone. :)
