The flat is located in a quiet and family friendly residential and factored development close to Duloch Park, Fife Leisure Park, and local schools.

This is a 2 bedroom first floor flat ideal for couples or young family. It has excellent commuter links to Edinburgh and Ferrytoll as it is on the outskirts of Dunfermline. Bus routes are service 2, 5, x52, and 89b. Bus stops are a 1 minute walk from the flat.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and built in wardrobes. There is also a single bedroom which I’m currently using as a study/library/home gym space! There is room for a single or small double bed and a wardrobe, desk, and bedside table in this room too.

The living room is light and airy, you get lovely views from each room and perfect for taking photos of the sky for instagram! The kitchen is spacious as well and has a lot of storage space.

The flat is in a secure building and you need a key fob to access the flat. As a woman living by herself, I feel completely safe living in this neighbourhood. I’ve never had any trouble with neighbours causing noise or any antisocial behaviour.

I’m happy to consider pets! I have a little cat myself and understand it can be difficult to rent a property when you have a pet! I’m renting my flat out because I’ll be moving through to Edinburgh next year for work and can’t bring myself to sell my flat! It’s my first ever home that I saved ip for and bought myself and I have loads of good memories here too :)
