The flat is in a secure building and you need a key fob to access the flat. As a woman living by herself, I feel completely safe living in this neighbourhood. I’ve never had any trouble with neighbours causing noise or any antisocial behaviour.

There is also a big shared garden (factor maintains the garden) and a bin store.
I’m happy to consider pets! I have a little cat myself and understand it can be difficult to rent a property when you have a pet! I’m renting my flat out because I’ll be moving through to Edinburgh next year for work and can’t bring myself to sell my flat! It’s my first ever home that I saved ip for and bought myself and I have loads of good memories here too :)
