Double Room in a 2 bedroom house

Double bedroom room available in 2 bedroom house. Kitchen , Hall, bathroom will be shared among us. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed inside. All bills included council, wifi, electricity. Can be available to single people or 2 people or a couple. For single person rent would be different(pricing not an issue can always work out on that). One month deposit as security needed. Flat is semi furnished with Microwave, washing machine, small fridge & freezer. Bed is not there but can work out on that as well if really needed.
