Double Room in Dunfermline From 1 Oct 2013

Hi I'm Nic, nice sized double room to let in 3 bed semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dunfermline from 1st of August. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and shelving. The rest of the house is a good size - a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, front and back garden and garage with plenty of storage room and ample parking in driveway. The house has unlimited Wi-Fi Internet and Sky TV, and kitchen with the usual mod cons. Close to city centre it’s a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minute walk to the train station. You would be sharing with a female professional (in my 30’s). Very friendly and easy going, I like a glass of wine and a laugh. I have busy career and active social life, but like to get together when we’re in. The let is for a minimum of 2 months as well as someone looking for somewhere longer.
