DOUBLE ROOM available for rental from the 30th December 2015 to the 31st January 2016 - will also consider Mon to Fri rental( rent will vary with that)
House is in Duloch , Dunfermline and will be shared with myself ( I have my two children every 2nd weekend )
Double room has double bed with bedding, wardrobes and HD TV with full sky package in the room as well as in the living room.
Modern kitchen and bathroom and downstairs toilet too so no fighting over the loo!
Fibre Broadband in the house
Price includes all bills including Council Tax
Will require £250 deposit and rent paid upfront weekly or monthly
Ideally looking for a single professional, no smoker and no pets.
This is for short term let for approx 4 weeks
